The front side features a collage of five illustrations by the famous American artist and illustrator F. Earl Christy (1883-1961). F. Earl Christy was a highly sought-after artist in the first third of the XXth century: his illustrations appeared on postcards, advertisements, calendars and magazine covers.
At the bottom is the artist’s signature, and on the left is the name of the fan manufacturer.
On the reverse side is an advertisement for “Katz’s Clothing”, a clothing store in Washington Country, Ohio.
