The fan was made for the 90th birthday of the Queen Mother.
On the front side of the leaf, in the centre, there is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth with a fan and a dog. On the left and right are the anniversary dates: 1900 – 1990. The Queen is depicted against the backdrop of castles and residences belonging to the British Royal family.
On the left is the artist’s signature:Pw Kent.
The fan was produced in a series of 250 pieces with the support of the Fan Museum in Greenwich. The fan is 24th item in the series.
There is a stamp on the reverse side.
