The front side depicts a dandy cat wearing a fashionable top hat. Around the perimeter is an advertisement for “Harson’s Hats” – a hat shop in Providence, Rhode Island. At the bottom is the name of the printing house where the leaf was printed: Buker Publishing Co.
On the reverse side, at the top of the leaf is an advertisement for the printing house whith a detailed list of services. At the bottom, in smaller print, are advertisements for five different shops, ranging from household foods to a delicatessen.
