The front side of the screen shows a couple of expensively and fashionable dressed people with a Russian Greyhound dog. This breed was very popular in the Art Deco era. There are portraits and photos of celebrities accompanied by these dog. The image is printed from a drawing by French illustrator Rene Vincent (1879-1936).
On the left is the signature: Rene Vincent.
On the right is the manufacturer’s stamp: Chambrelent. Evetaillist. Paris.
On the reverse, bottom right: address of the depertment store in Paris, left: stamp of the fan manufacturer.
